The size seems to be true to size. I don't think it's a professional marathon shoe, but a jogging shoe? After reporting and exercising, I recommend it to those who enjoy speed and are overweight or exercise slowly.
I think it's okay for me to train.

onemix are beautiful sneakers and are only made for casual walking as i found when i attempted running in them. knowing i have flat feet or medial instability i inserted my hard orthotics into this shoe and went for a jog. i didnt make it a half mile before my left posterior tibialis was so painful i had to limp home. immediately i put on my brooks w the same orthotics and the pain was completely gone and was able to finish my workout. i have almost 30 yrs experience in physical therapy , kinesiology with post college education in orthotics
